Andre Kirk Agassi (født 29. april 1970 i Las Vegas) er en armensk-amerikansk tennisspiller. Han har (per 2004) spilt inn over 25 millioner amerikanske dollar i premiepenger.
Agassi ble født og vokste opp i Las Vegas, og bor der når han ikke turnerer. Faren, etnisk armener, Emmanuel «Mike» Agassi, bokset for Iran i OL i 1948 og 1952 før han utvandret til USA. Da han fikk amerikansk statsborgerskap, forkortet han armenske navnet Agassian til Agassi.
Agassi var tidligere gift med skuespilleren Brooke Shields, og er i dag gift med den tidligere tennisstjernen Steffi Graf. De har to barn sammen.
Agassi has vunnet åtte Grand Slam-titler i single:
Agassi er en av sju spillere som har vunnet samtlige Grand Slam-turneringer i løpet av karrieren (de andre er Don Budge, Roy Emerson, Rod Laver, Fred Perry, Roger Federer og Rafael Nadal). Han vant også OL-gull i herresingle i Atlanta i 1996. Agassi har representert USA i Davis Cup flere ganger, med en statistikk på 30-5.
