Catherine Anne Tizard (født Maclean 4. april 1931, død 31. oktober 2021) var en newzealandsk politiker. Hun var borgermester i Auckland City (del av Auckland) på Nordøya før hun ble New Zealands generalguvernør. Tizard var den første kvinnen i begge disse postene. Tizard var generalguvernør fra 1990 til 1996.
