David J. C. MacKay

David John Cameron MacKay (født 22. april 1967 i Stoke-on-Trent, død 14. april 2016 i Cambridge) var en britisk fysiker og professor ved University of Cambridge. Han er særlig kjent for sin bok om bærekraftig energi, Sustainable Energy – without the hot air.

MacKay ble i nyttårslisten for 2016 utnevnt til Knight Bachelor. Han ble dermed opphøyd i ridderstanden og fikk rett til å føre tiltaleformen sir foran sitt navn.
