David Edward Walliams (født 20. august 1971) er en britisk forfatter, komiker og TV-programleder kjent som en av to hovedskuespillere i tv-serien Little Britain. Walliams har i samarbeid med Matt Lucas skapt serien, og i den spiller han mange roller, som for eksempel Ray McConey og den britiske statsministerens sekretær/hjelper, Sebastian og Carol Beer. I 2010 og 2011 spilte Walliams igjen med Lucas i BBC serien Fly med oss!.
Walliams har gitt ut flere barnebøker.
I 2017 ble Walliams utnevnt til medlem (MBE) av Order of the British Empire.
