Doug E. Doug (født Douglas Bourne, den 7. januar 1970 i Brooklyn i New York) er en amerikansk skuespiller, komiker, manusforfatter, produsent og filmregissør.

Doug startet sin karriere som skuespiller da han var 17 år gammel som en stand-up komiker. Han er best kjent for rollen som Griffin Vesey i situasjonskomedien Cosby på TV-kanalen CBS. Doug var gjeste-skuespiller i episoder av TV-seriene Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Touched by An Angel og Conviction. Doug gjorde sin debut som regissør og produsent på teater med manuset Citizen James, hvor han også spilte hovedrollen som Citizen James.
