Liu Hong (født 1987) er en kinesisk kappgjenger. Hun ble verdensmester på 20 km i 2015, og har vunnet kappgang ved Asialekene to ganger.
Hennes foreldre var bønder, og hun har to eldre brødre. Hun begynte først med mellomdistanseløp, særlig 800 meter, men prøvde kappgang i 2002, og ble tidlig tatt ut på landslaget.
Hun tok gull under Sommer-OL 2016.
