Ricardo Gabriel Álvarez (født 12. april 1988 i Buenos Aires) er en argentinsk fotballspiller som spiller for Club Atlético Vélez Sársfield. Han har tidligere spilt for den argentinske klubben Vélez Sársfield. Han debuterte for Argentina den 2. september 2011 i en vennskapskamp mot Venezuela. Den 2. juni 2014 ble han tatt ut i den argentinske VM-troppen til fotball-VM i Brasil.
