Robert B. Roosevelt Jr., second cousin of the late Theodore Roosevelt, died yesterday as the result of having been struck on Friday night at Eightieth Street and Columbus Avenue by a private bus operated in the municipal service supervised by the Bureau of Plants and Structures, according to the police.
