Sofia Milos (født 1969) er en italiensk skuespiller.

Milos ble født i Zürich (noen kilder oppgir fødselsår til 1965) til en italiensk far og en gresk mor. I tenårene deltok hun i en lokal skjønnhetskonkurranse. Etter at hun vant førsteplassen gikk hun videre til å vinne den provinsiale, regionale og nasjonale konkurransen også. Milos studerte skuespill ved Beverly Hills Playhouse under Milton Katselas.

Milos snakker engelsk, italiensk, fransk and tysk flytende, samt at hun kan holde en grunnleggende samtale på gresk og spansk.

Hun er scientolog.

På et tidspunkt studerte hun bedriftsøkonomi.
