The first page of to-day's TIMES contains one of the most startling, one of the most shocking, items of news that has appeared in years. It is headed "To Save the Bosschieter Gang," and goes on to state that upon the plea of "poor health" application has been made to the Court of Pardons for the pardon of two of the murderers of Jennie Bosschieter.
