CRESCENT REAL ESTATE TO ADD TRAMMELL CROW CENTER

Date: 11 February 1997

By Bloomberg News

Bloomberg News

The Crescent Real Estate Equities Company agreed yesterday to buy the 50-story Trammell Crow Center office building in Dallas for $162 million in cash. Crescent, based in Fort Worth, said it would buy the building and its mortgage from two pension funds, the California Public Employees Retirement System and the Teacher Retirement System of Texas.
