Photographs by Spider Martin, one of few photojournalists to document Rev Dr Martin Luther King Jr's 1965 civil rights march in Selma, Ala, are being given increased attention; Briscoe Center for American History at the University of Texas in Austin has acquired Martin's archive, and his work is being shown in exhibits in Austin, Selma and New York.
